At 16:20 on February 14, Nor-Norq police division received a report from Police duty desk that Kamo A. had contacted the Hotline through mobile and reported that three citizens came to his place and asked how many people were registered in the apartment and whether they planned to partake in the elections or not, thus violating his rights.
