Man wanted for kidnapping turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to explanatory work carried out by officers from Mashtots police division Andranik Sh., DOB 1970, turned himself to the Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 131, part 2, point 1 / kidnapping committed by a group of persons by previous concert/ since November 24, 2014.
