On charges of swindling committed on an especially large scale

On Thursday October 30 at 3:15 p.m.  Armenian citizen Arman A., DOB 1972, was detained in Moscow, Russia and transported to Armenia by Moscow-Yerevan flight following special measures taken by officers of the General Department of Criminal intelligence of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted by Kotayk police division charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 3, point 1 (swindling committed on an especially large scale) since July 11, 2013.
