The flat thief has been identified

On December 13, a report was received at Ararat police division, informing that  a Liana committed a theft from a flat.
Due to the undertaken operational-search and investigation measures, it was found out that the Liana, who had committed a theft is Shoghik Mkrtchyan, born in 1993.
An investigation is underway.
