Attempted rape in Nizhny Novgorod oblast, Russia

On Thursday December 25 at 10 p.m. Khachik G., DOB 1982, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Bagratashen police subdivision of the RA Police. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Nizhny Novgorod oblast, Russia, charged under the Russian Criminal code, article 131, part 2, point D /attempted rape/ since December 15, 2014.
