On Tuesday, September 29 at 9:30 a.m. Hayk T., DOB 1962, was detained in Yerevan's «Zvartnots» airport following special measures taken by officers from the General Department of Criminal intelligence along with their colleagues from «Zvartnots» airport Line division of the RA Police. The man had been wanted by Budyonovsk region division of the Department of the Russia's Ministry of Internal Affairs for Stavropol krai charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 159, part 2 /swindling/ since November 6, 2007.
