Fugitive robber detained in Gyumri

On Wednesday, July 15 at 3:30 p.m. Artyom P., DOB 1982, was detained in Gyumri city following special measures taken by officers from Mush police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 176, part 1 /robbery/ since July 2, 2015.
