Theft fugitive turns himself in

On Tuesday November 25 at 6 p.m. Sargis A., DOB 1991, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers Arabkir police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 2 points 1 and 3 /theft/ since November 25, 2014.
