Man wanted for theft transported to Kapan

At 10:30 on April 16, officers of Kapan police division detected Vladimir Kh., DOB 1958, among the passengers of Min-Vody-Yerevan flight of “Zvartnots” airport. The man, who had been wanted for theft since April 17, 1997, was detained and transported to Kapan police division.
