Man wanted for attempted theft and theft by court decision

At 13:40 on September 17, officers of Nor-Nork police division along with officers of Avan subdivision and officers of Avan and Nor-Nork branch of the division of Execution of alternative types of punishments of Criminal-executive establishment of the RA Ministry of Justice, detained Artur P., DOB 1980, near building 29 located in Kentron quarter. The detainee had been reported wanted by the decision of The court of general jurisdiction of Avan and Nor-Nork administrative districts, charged for attempted theft and theft since September 10.
