Forced departure to Yerevan: the end of two-year wanderings

Gabriel M., DOB 1971, was transported from Russia to Armenia by Moscow-Yerevan flight following special measures taken by the members of the joint task force from the General Department of Criminal Intelligence of the RA Police. The man had been wanted by Kumayri police division charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 214, part 1 /abuse of authority by the employees of commercial or other organizations/ since October 31, 2013.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint. Gabriel M. has been handed over to officers of Kumayri police division.
