A corpse in Arzakan village

On November 12 at about 14:30 a report was received from an unknown citizen at Charentsavan police division, informing that a corpse had been found in Dalar river in the beginning of Arzakan village.
It was found out that the corps belonged to Seryozha Tovmasyan, born in 1976. Traces of violence were found on the head and different parts of the body.
At Charentsavan investigation department a criminal case is initiated on the fact upon the signs of a crime under the 1-st part of the article 104 of the Criminal code of the RA.
As a result of the undertaken measures on November 13 at 1:30 Samvel S., born in 1969, was arrested on a supposition of a deliberate deprivation of S. Tovmasyan’s life.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
