On Thursday October 23, 2014, at 12 a.m. Samvel M., DOB 1963, was detained on R. Melikyan street, Yerevan, following special measures taken by officers of Mashtots police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 113, part 2, point 3 /infliction of willful medium-gravity damage to health committed by a group of persons or by an organized group/ since October 21, 2014.
