Police detain man wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Rostov-on-Don, Russia

Samvel Sh., DOB 1978, was detained in Lusaghbyur village, Armenia, following joint measures taken by officers of Lori Marz Department alongside their colleagues from Spitak division of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Rostov-on-Don, Russia, charged with infliction of grave bodily injuries  since April 29 of this year.
