On Saturday February 14 at 11:30 a.m. Edgar N., DOB 1982, was detained in his own apartment following special measures taken by officers from Mashtots police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 113, part 2, point 6 /intentional infliction of medium-gravity damage to health committed from hooligan prompting / since February 12, 2015.
