After 6 years on the run young man wanted for hooliganism turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to special measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from the Central Police division, Edgar M., DOB 1989 , turned himself in to the Police after the arrival of the Moscow-Yerevan flight. The young man had been wanted for hooliganism since September 30, 2010.
