Fugitive swindler detained in Yerevan

On August 28 at 8:30 p.m. Nshan M., DOB 1988, was detained near the dwelling house at 48 Abovyan street, Yerevan, following special measures taken by officers of Charbakh police division. The detainee had been wanted by Kotayk police division charged with swindling since July 9 of this year.
