After 8 years on the run police detain man fleeing from Russian law enforcement bodies

On Thursday, December 3 at 00:05 Hayk M., DOB 1962, was detained at Bagratashen BCP. The man had been wanted by the General Department of the Russian MIA for Stavropol krai, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 159, part 2 /defendant hiding from investigative bodies/ since November 6, 2007.
The initiator of the intelligence has been notified of Hayk M.’s detection.
