After 9 years on the run Police detain man wanted by Russian law enforcement bodies

On Sunday, February 14 at 7:30 a.m. Nelson U., DOB 1957, was detained at «Bavra» BCP. The man had been wanted by Department of Russian MIA for Stavropol krai charged for forging documents since May 15, 2007.
