Armenian police officers detain Iranian citizen wanted by law enforcement bodies of the Islamic Republic of Iran
On Monday, May 25 at 12 a.m. Iranian citizen Mohammad Jafar S., DOB 1978, was detained on Papazyan street, Yerevan, following special measures taken by officers from the General Department of Criminal Intelligence of the RA Police. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of the Islamic Republic for committing swindling.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
