Man wanted for swindling committed in large amounts voluntarily returns to Armenia by Moscow –Yerevan flight

Thanks to operational intelligence measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from Hrazdan police division, Armen M., DOB 1985, gave himself up to police officers after voluntarily returning to Armenia by Moscow-Yerevan flight. The man had been wanted udner the RA Crimianl Code, article 178, part 2, point 2 /swindling committed in large amounts/ since June 30, 2015.
