Man wanted for swindling comes to the police voluntarily

Thanks to explanatory works, carried out by officers of Central division along with officers of Central Investigation division, Arman V., DOB 1979, who had been wanted for fraud since July 4, came to the police voluntarily at 11:30, on July 9.
