Armenian police officers in cooperation with their Russian colleagues detain a fugitive swindler

Another fugitive swindler Mamikon M., DOB 1981,  who had been wanted by Central division of the RA Police, was detected in the vicinity of the building at 2 Armenian lane, Moscow, Russia, and jointly detained by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence of the RA Police and their Russian colleagues.
