On Thursday December 4 at 12:10 a.m. Ruben H., DOB 1986, turned himself in folowing explanatory work carried out by officers of Arabkir police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2 /swindling/ since December 3, 2014.
