On Tuesday November 18 at 2:40 p.m. Samvel H., DOB 1990, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers of Arabkir police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, points 1 and 2 /swindling/ since November 18, 2014.
