Police detain large-scale swindler

On Thursday August 7 at 9:30 a.m. Artur H., DOB 1960, was detained following operational search measurеs taken by officers of Nor Nork police division.
The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, article 178, part 2, point 2 /swindling committed on a large scale/ since August 5 of this year.
