Wanted for hooliganism transported to Armenia on Moscow-Yerevan flight

At 20:30 on May 17, the task force of the General department of criminal intelligence of the RA police transported Arshavir K., DOB 1986, to Armenia on Mоscow-Yerevan flight. The detainee had been wanted charged under article 258, section 3, subsection 1 (hooliganism committed  by a group of persons or organized group) of the RA Criminal Code since Januray 1, 2010.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
