On Saturday November 1, at 1:50 p.m.  Eduard H., DOB 1984, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers of Nor-Nork police division along with officers from Avan and Nor-Nork branch of the division of Execution of alternative types of punishments of Criminal-executive establishment of the RA Ministry of Justice. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, artcle 258, part 1 /hooliganism/ since Nobember 1, 2014.
