Fugitive swindler turns himself in to the Police

On Monday, March 30 at 7:55 p.m. Anushavan K., DOB 1986, turned himself in to the Police following explanatory measures taken by officers from Malatia police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1 /swindling/ since March 30, 2015.
