Fugitive swindler turns himself in

On Wednesday November 26 at 11 a.m. Vrezh G., DOB 1971, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers Kapan police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 258, part 1, points 1, 3 and 5 /swindling/ since November 18, 2014.
