Young man wanted for deliberate bankruptcy turns himself in to the police

On Monday June 2 at 11:00 a.m. Vigen S., DOB 1990, who had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 193 (deliberate bankruptcy) since May 16, turned himself in at Kotayk police division.
