As a result of the operational search measureս taken by officers of Ashotsq police division Araz  M., DOB 1971, was detained at Bavra border crossing point at 13:10 on February 20. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of the Karachay–Circassian Republic, Russian Federation, charged with forgery since September 30, 2013.
