Robbery fugitive detained in Tsovagyugh village

On Sunday August 17 at 6:20 p.m. Hovhannes T., DOB 1962, was detained in Tsovagyugh village, Gegharkunik marz, following special measures taken by officers of the Department on combating illegal turnover of narcotic drugs along with their colleagues from the General Department of combating organized crime.
