Shots in Gyumri (new details)

As previously reported, about 13:00 today, April 23, Gyumri police division received a report from Gyumri medical center informing that Harutyun Khachatryan and Artyom Karapetyan were hospitalized there with gunshot wounds from the neighbourhood of building 54b, Shirkatsi street, Gyumri. The latter deceased in the hospital.
 Shirak provincial investigation department has initiated a criminal case on the given fact according to article 104 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia.
Operation and search, as well as investigation measures aimed at identifying and detecting the crime committers are underway.
Examinations are assigned.
Due to the measures undertaken by officers of Shirak provincial department of the RA police, Kolya Ghukasyan was detained at Bagratashen checkpoint and transported to Gyumri police division on suspicion of having committed the crime.
The preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated under subsec 6 of part 2 of article 104 (murder, committed in a way dangerous for the life of many people) and part 1 of article 235 (illegal procurement, transportation, keeping or carrying of weapons, explosives or explosive devices, except smoothbore firearms and cartridges for them) is  underway.
