A few days ago Armenian citizen Gagik M., DOB 1977, was detained in Gugark village, Armenia, following operational search measures taken by officers of Gugark police division. The detainee had been wanted by the Russian Federal service of execution of punishments across Krasnodar Krai charged with theft since August 29, 2014.
