Dear Citizens!
The Police continue to carry out their function of maintaining public order.
We call on everyone to refrain from illegal acts, any actions that are an infringement on the rights of other citizens, hindrance to the normal life of communities.
Everyone has the right to free expression of his opinion, but other citizens have the right to freedom of movement, observance of the regime of silence, etc.
In particular, cases of obstruction of the movement of citizens shall entail legal responsibility.
A road user is obliged to comply with the traffic rules, as well as to adhere to the legal requirements of police officers and not to create an emergency.
Failure to comply with the legal requirement of a police officer performing duties of public order protection shall entail a penalty in the amount of fifty times the established minimum wage.
The Police reaffirm that all their actions are aimed at maintaining public order, protecting the rights and safety of all citizens.
Once again we call for sobriety, respect for the law, cooperation with the Police in maintaining public peace.
