Wanted man detained in Vanadzor

Tovmas N., DOB 1984, was detained in Vanadzor following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Taron police division. The man had been wanted by law enforcement agencies of the city of Moscow, Russia, charged under the Russian Criminal code, artcle 158, part 1 since November 14, 2014.
