Foreign fugitive detained at Meghri BCP

On Wednesday November 26 at 11:20 p.m. foreign citizen Mohsen Q., DOB 1961, was detained in the vicinity of Meghri BCP following special measures taken by officers of Arabkir police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 3,  point 1 /swindling/  since March 18, 2014.
