Police detain man wanted for evading from compulsory medical treatment

On Thursday October 23, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. Hovhannes B., DOB 1971, was detained in Mrgavet village, Armenia, following operational search measures taken by officers of Artashat police division. The man had been wanted for evading from compulsory medical treatment prescribed by court in compliance with the RA Criminal Code, article 268, part 2, point 2 /illegal turnover of narcotic drugs without the purpose of sale/ since October 22, 2014.
