At 11:20 on December 4 Yerem K., DOB 1985, was detected at Gavar town market where he was detained by officers of Gegharquniq provincial Department and Gavar division of Police of the Republic of Armenia. The detainee had been wanted by Moscow law enforcers charged under the Russian Federation Criminal code, article 146  / Infringement of copyright/ and article 273, part 2 /cybercrime/ since October 10 of this year.
