Wanted woman turns herself in after arriving in Armenia

Naira Q., DOB 1970, turned herself in after arriving in Armenia following explanatory work carried out by officers from Central police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 325, parts 1 and 2 /forgery, sale or use of forged documents, stamps, seals, letter-heads, vehicle license plates/ since March 25, 2013.
