On Friday November 7 at 7 a.m. Knyaz Q., DOB 1986, turned himself in at Nor Nork police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 235, part 4 /illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices/ since September 18, 2014.
