After 10 years on the run, 37-year-old Georgian citizen wanted for squandering detained at Armenia's Passport and Visa Department
Georgian citizen Irakly Kh., DOB 1981, was detained by officers of the Criminal intelligence unit of Mashtots division of the Republic of Armenia Police at Passport and Visa Department on Monday, January 15 at 6.50 p.m. The detainee had been wanted under the Georgian Criminal Code, article 180 (squandering) since May 15, 2008.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
