Man wanted for kidnapping turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to explanatory work carried out by officers from Qanaqer-Zeytun police division Arman S., DOB 1985, turned himself in to the Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 131, part 1 /kidnapping/ since March 31, 2015.
