Fugitive thief detained on Artsakh street, Yerevan

On Wednesday November 19 at 10:40 a.m. Harutyun G., DOB 1956, was detained on Artsakh street, Yerevan, following special measures taken by officers of Mashtots police division alongside Patrol service officers of Yerevan City Department of the RA Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 1 /theft/ since November 18, 2014.
