Wanted man detected in Saranist village

At 15:00 on October 16 officers of Nor-Nork police division detained Rafik M., DOB 1990, in Saranist village, Kotayq province. The detainee had been wanted for large-scale theft since August 9.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
