Man Wanted by the Romanian Law Enforcement Officers Detained at Yerevan's "Zvartnots" Airport
As a result of measures taken by the criminal detectives of “Zvartnots” airport Police Line department, on December 3, after the arrival of the Chisinau-Yerevan flight, 47-year-old Mikhail B., a citizen of the Republic of Moldova, was found at the airport, arrested and taken to the Police Line Department. The man had been wanted by Interpol of the Republic of Romania since August 30, 2016, on charges of smuggling and membership in a criminal group.
Arrest has been selected as a measure of restraint.
The NCB of Interpol in Armenia and the Prosecutor's office have been notified of Mikhail B.’s detection.
