Young man wanted for infliction of willful grave damage to health turns himself in to the Police

On Tuesday January 20 at 3:30 p.m. Rafik M., DOB 1989, turned himself in at Arabkir Police division. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 112, part 1 /infliction of willful grave damage to health/ since December 27, 2014.
