Police detain female fugitive swindler

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from the Central police division, Evelina S., DOB 1966, was detained on Wednesday, August 12 at 1:10 p.m. The woman had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1 /swindling/ since August 11, 2015.
