On Monday, July 27 at 6 p.m. Vladimir S., DOB 1992, was detained in Bagratashen vilage following special measures taken by officers from Ijevan police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code,a rticle 178, part 1 /swindling/ since July 22, 2015.
